Woman Pleads Guilty To Child Abuse At Blaine Daycare
Elizabeth Augusta Wiemerslage, 23, of Coon Rapids, pleaded guilty to one count of malicious punishment of a child under four years old and third-degree assault in a child abuse case that police alleged occurred at Small World Child Care Preschool Learning Center in Blaine.
As part of a plea agreement the other charges stemming from the abuse will dropped and her recommended sentence is 90 days of jail, consecutive probation, writing a letter of apology and a psychological evaluation.
