Anoka County Sheriff's Office to Host Santa and Rory the Aurorasaurus at HOPE 4 Youth’s “Out of the Cold” Event

ANOKA COUNTY, MN — The Anoka County Sheriff’s Office is once again partnering with HOPE 4 Youth to host the annual "Out of the Cold" community event, aimed at supporting pathways to end youth homelessness.

The festive, family-friendly event is scheduled for Thursday, November 20th, from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM, at the Anoka County Sheriff’s Office. The gathering is presented by the Arrow Giving Foundation.

Special Guest Appearances

Families attending the event will have the unique opportunity to meet and take photos with two featured special guests:

  • Santa Claus: The special guest will be available for photos and meet-and-greets for the duration of the event, from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
  • Rory the Aurorasaurus: Making a special appearance, the popular mascot will be available to meet attendees from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Supporting HOPE 4 Youth

Beyond the seasonal fun, "Out of the Cold" serves as a gathering point for residents to learn more about the vital work of HOPE 4 Youth. The nonprofit organization provides critical resources across the region to young people experiencing homelessness, including:
