BROOKLYN PARK, Minn. — A fatal shooting in the early hours of Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at the Park Haven Apartments has left one man dead and prompted a rapid, multi-agency investigation that led to three arrests within hours, according to police and county officials.
Officers with the Brooklyn Park Police Department were dispatched at approximately 2:45 a.m. to the Park Haven Apartments, located in the 6900 block of 76th Avenue North near Kentucky Avenue, following reports of gunfire.
Upon arrival, officers found an adult male suffering from a gunshot wound. Police immediately rendered emergency medical aid before the victim was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
