BLOOMINGTON, Minn. — Authorities and family members are urgently seeking the public’s help to locate Caitlyn Rose Clark, a 24 year old Native American woman who has been missing since New Year’s Eve and is considered medically endangered.
Clark, who is originally from the White Earth Reservation in the Pine Point area of northwestern Minnesota, was last confirmed seen at the Mall of America in Bloomington on December 31, 2025, at approximately 2:00 p.m., according to information released by her family and law enforcement.
Investigators say her disappearance is highly out of character. Family members report that Clark has no prior history of going missing, elevating concern for her safety and well being.
While Clark was last seen at the Mall of America on December 31, reports indicate she was dropped off in Eagan, Minnesota, on December 30, the day before her disappearance. Authorities are continuing to examine her movements between Eagan and Bloomington as part of the ongoing investigation.
At the time she was last seen, Clark was reportedly in the company of a woman identified as Candaice “Deval” Winston, along with an unidentified African American male. Police have not publicly released additional details regarding the circumstances of that encounter and have emphasized that the investigation remains active.

Authorities have classified Clark as medically endangered, a designation used when a missing person may be at risk of serious harm or death without assistance.
Law enforcement is asking residents, businesses, and visitors in Bloomington and Eagan to review any surveillance camera or dash camera footage from the afternoon of December 31 that may show Clark or provide clues about her movements.
